Peer Review Team (PRT) Preparatory Visit Completed

The institution is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Preparatory Visit of the Peer Review Team (PRT) conducted from April 21 to April 23.

The visit was led by PRT Coordinator Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa, with the active participation of Ms. Bhagawati Poudel, Deputy Director, UGC, HEQAAC. The preparatory visit was an important milestone in the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) process, providing valuable guidance and insights to strengthen institutional preparedness for the upcoming peer review.

During the visit, the team closely interacted with institutional leadership, faculty members, administrative staff, and stakeholders. The discussions focused on institutional governance, academic programs, quality assurance mechanisms, infrastructure, documentation, and best practices aligned with QAA standards.

The institution sincerely appreciates the constructive feedback, professional guidance, and continuous support provided by the PRT members and UGC, HEQAAC. Their observations and recommendations will significantly contribute to further enhancing academic quality, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
